Returns and exchanges require a receipt. Some exceptions apply.

  • Bats (Unless in New-Return to Stock condition)

  • Life safety items

Online Order returns can be processed in a Sport Chalet store or by mail.

  • In-Store Returns (FREE):

    Simply bring the packing slip and credit card used when you placed the order to any of our store locations. The refund will be placed onto the original credit card used to make the purchase. If you are unable to provide the original credit card, you will receive your refund on a Sport Chalet gift card for in-store purchases.

  • Returns By Mail:

    Most new and unopened items can be returned for a full refund (not including Shipping fees). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please mail your item(s) using the included Sport Chalet return label. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and all return shipping charges must be prepaid. If you decide not to use our shipping return label, please be sure to send to the following address:

    You'll receive a confirmation e-mail (for online orders) once the package has arrived at our facilities. If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days and it will show on your following statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
