If you are not completely satisfied with a service or item you've purchased, simply return it to a Sport Chalet store or by mail so we can make it right. Returns and exchanges require a receipt. Some exceptions apply.


Non-Returnable items:
  • GoPro (must be sent to vendor)
  • Bats (must be sent to vendor)
  • Eyewear (must be sent to vendor)
  • Tire chains
  • Life safety items
  • Others as identified

Online Order returns can be processed in a Sport Chalet store or by mail.

  • In-Store Returns (FREE):

    Simply bring the packing slip and credit card used to place your order to any of our store locations. The refund will be issued to the original credit card used. If you are unable to provide the original credit card, you will receive refund on a Sport Chalet store credit for use on in-store purchases.
  • Returns By Mail:

    For a full refund, Items should be returned in original product packaging and all return shipping charges must be prepaid. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please mail your item(s) using the included Sport Chalet return label. Please ship your return to the following address:

    You will receive a confirmation e-mail (for online returns) once items(s) arrive at our facilities. If ordered by credit card, we will credit your account within 14 business days. Refund will show on following statement depending on your bank and/or billing cycle
