Son of Barbara and Gordon. 3 older brothers; Spencer, Robert and Patrick. My first ever stick growing up was a Black STX Viper traditional, with the all black aluminum shaft that came with it. When I am not playing Lacrosse I like to mountain biking, play Ice hockey, relax, watch sports, BBQ, and play video games. My favorite game right now is NHL10.

I get asked a lot what my favorite lacrosse memory is, and it's definitely tough to choose only one. I'd have to say being able to represent my country and wear a jersey with USA on the front of it was a HUGE honor and something as a little guy I dreamed about doing. But, if I had to pick one highlight of my lacrosse career, it would be back in 2005 when we beat Duke and won the National Championship at Hopkins. To be able to accomplish that with 35 of my closest friends with all of the pressure of the undefeated season (and undefeated home record) was definitely my fondest lacrosse memory. I've got a lot of lacrosse left to play and a lot of aspects of my game to improve upon, but I'll never forget 2005 and the feeling I had when my teammates and I got to run around the field holding that National Championship trophy over our heads.

Currently live in Columbus, Ohio where I am the Midwest Sales Manager for STX. The thing Im most proud of in the lacrosse world is where Im from and what got me to where I am today. Having grown up in Cleveland, Ohio, there wasnt much lacrosse when I was kid - actually there wasnt any. The first game of lacrosse that I ever saw, was the first one I played in as a freshman in high school. From there, I fell in the love with the sport and knew where I wanted to go with it. It was just a matter of how was I going to get there. My dad taught me the only way Ive ever known how to do things - work harder than everyone around me! After a successful high school career I was fortunate enough to play at The Ohio State University. Walking off the field after the first day of practice I realized that I had a lot of work to do in order to compete at the Division I level. I was always working harder than everyone in the weight room , during running drills, and even before and after practice. I would work the wall for hours and shoot as much as possible to make up for lost time not growing up with a stick in my hands. I was never the best player on the field, but I always found a way to get the job done. All the hard work payed off I was a 4 year starter at Ohio State, and it led me to the Pro ranks in both the MLL, NLL, and National Team. I have been fortunate to lead teams as a Captain as well as played in multiple All Star games. I welcome any challenges that the future holds for me in this sport.

I began playing lacrosse while still wearing diapers. My first stick,a blue STX Hi-Wall, was given to me by my grandmother when I was 2 years old. For as long as I can remember, lacrosse has been a huge part of my life. In 3rd grade, I began playing organized lacrosse. I continued my lacrosse career at Mount St. Joseph High School where I was fortunate enough to play in the top high school league in the country. I stayed close to home as I continued on to UMBC where we got back to the NCAA tournament In 2006. I am currently living in Denver, Colorado, where I play for the Outlaws. It's been a lot of fun living and working out here because I have been active in continuing the growth of the sport in the west. While not playing lacrosse I like to hunt, camp, mountain bike, cook, play PS3, find good new places to eat, eat at those places, hang out with friends, especially at outside parties.

Lacrosse has been a huge part of my life. From the age of 8, with my STX Dominator, it has been a true passion and has given me countless memories and experiences along the way. Lacrosse guided me to a college education and playing at the highest level; Division 1, MLL, NLL, and International. Even to this day, I find myself playing around with my lacrosse stick and doing the same things I did when I was new to the sport, always believing that I can always improve my game. Not only has it been a thrill to compete in the sport, but in this stage of my life I am fortunate enough to pass on everything I have learned along the way to the sports youth, while traveling the country and even world.
