Looking for an all in one exercise machine for home? Look no further than the Marcy SM4008. Made of oversized 14 gauge large square tubing steel, this machine helps you increase muscle mass, strength and stamina.

The "Smith" style press bar with adjustable safety stops is safer than conventional free-weight stacks. Bench presses can be utilized with the included adjustable utility bench and the "outside the frame" bar catches. This full featured home gym has an independent motion upper pulley system for cable crossovers. A variety of exercises can be performed with these for total upper body training. Use the independent motion butterfly to target your chest development. The independent cable system is comprised of nylon pulleys reinforced with sealed bearings, 1" chrome guide rods, and steel "aircraft" cables rated at 2000lb. tensile strength. Target your back and shoulders with the low pulley foot plate. Sit on the floor, press your feet to the foot plate and perform seated rows. The multi-position seat and back pad on the utility bench adjusts to incline, flat and decline chest press positions. For extra durability, the seat and back pad are constructed of boxed upholstery with high density foam. The total leg developer allows you to focus on strengthening and toning your quadriceps, hamstrings and glute muscles. A chin up bar is included for a variety of pull ups and chin ups. Two Olympic weight plate storage posts can be found on either side of the machines frame. A two year limited manufacturer's warranty is included. (Olympic weight plates are not included.)
