Twinlab® Creatine Fuel® Loading Drink is designed to maximize creatine uptake by skeletal muscle for enhanced performance. Taken after high intensity weight training exercise, it can also speed recovery plus enhance muscle cell hydration that may be favorable to protein synthesis and muscle growth. Our product contains Creapure german-sourced (not Chinese) pure Creatine Monohydrate and Dextrose to enhance insulin release and creatine uptake; Chromium, Taurine, Magnesium and Alpha Lipoic Acid to enhance insulin function and creatine uptake; Anti-Catabolic Amino Acid Glutamine to help enhance protein synthesis in muscle. Creatine Fuel Loading Drink also contains Magnesium. A recent study suggests that Magnesium can improve strength.

Suggested use: Add 2 level scoops to 8 fl. oz. of cold water. Stir and serve or mix for 10 seconds in a blender with crushed ice. For maximizing creatine uptake to muscle, drink 4 servings daily for 5 days, and then maintain 1 serving daily immediately after exercise.
